I'm Caitlin, a 500-HR certified yoga instructor, certified trauma-informed yoga teacher, and mental health advocate. I believe yoga and breathwork are powerful tools to regulate our emotions and help us live more balanced, fulfilling lives.

Don’t know why, but I got sooo sweaty, felt sick and on the verge of crying when I got to mountain pose near the end of the practice.. Do you have any idea why? Thank you so much. I have dedicated myself to minimum 10 minutes of daily yoga, and I just love your videos ❤
i loved some of the stretches here, especially the one where i reached back with one hand to touch my foot while my other leg was a 90 degree angle. oof i felt that!!!!

Hi @Caitlin K'eli Yoga - How can these exercises be modified if there is limited (maximum 90 degree) flexion in the knee leading to limited ability to get into child pose or pigeon pose and similar which seem to form the foundation for these practices.

For people reading this review, it's okay, it's normal to feel lonely sometimes, if you're going through tough times, keep trying, but never give up, I wish you great success in your health, love, and happiness!
I've never heard of this type of yoga. It came up after another workout I was doing. And I was like, oh my goodness, I must try this. I do suffer from past trauma from my childhood. I actually found myself crying during the stretches. I saw in the comments someone else experienced the same thing. This felt so good and relaxing, I felt every stretch. I'm now subscribing to you. So glad I found your channel!

holy heck i dont have frequent hip and back pain anymore after doing this stretch a few times. I have a history of a fall where i landed around the small of my back in 2016. I only started to meet a chiropractor last year and we found out that my hip bones are not aligned and my tail bones are not properly developed. I didnt want to meet my doc so often anymore so Ive been doing several stretching videos then i came across this video. This stretch has helped so much in ways that i cant explain. i havent had severe pain in awhile ever since doing this routine. Definitely gonna keep on coming back here for a weekly deep stretch <3

I did this for quite a bit yesterday night. It's been heavy for me. way too heavy. and when I did this, no tears came out. I felt like crying, but I had no tears. I still felt numb. even though in me, is an ocean of sadness, anxiety and alot of words. yet I could not tear up. today, after a therapy session, I just felt like bursting out in tears. I just want to say, it's okay if you dont cry or express anything whilst doing it. But, make sure you are ready and open to these big feelings afterwards. Make space for it. cry your eyes out if need be. just cry. just cry. theres no weakness in crying. thats how your body releases and feels better. theres no limit to crying. Life has been tough on you, be your support.
